Information

Originating from Yeoninsan (Mt.), which is 1,068m above sea level, Yongchugugok Valley got its name because it is said to look like a dragon flying making nine turns. This is the only valley in the vicinity of Seoul with an untouched ecosystem, and its marble-clear clear water flows in harmony with the white stones, creating mysterious scenery as if the stones were flowing. Starting from the Yongchugugok, there are nine unexplored regions such as Walyongchu, Musongam, Taknyeongnoe, Ilsadae, Chuweoldam, Cheongpunghyeob, Gwiyuyeon and Nongwangae, which are combined to be called the Okgyegugok Valley . Furthermore, centered on Yeoninsan, Baekdoon-ri in Bukmyeon is located to the northeast and to the south northwest is Mailro in Hamyeon, which are famous hiking courses and enjoyed by many hikers. Yeoninsan Wild Flower Festival is held at Yeoninsan every year.
